ALL BOOKINGS MUST BE MADE AT LEAST 10 DAYS PRIOR TO EXAM DATE.
EMERGENCY EXAM BOOKINGS MAYBE LIABLE TO 25%
SURCHARGE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.
Private Room: $250 per 3 hours exam (written between 4PM and 5PM ON WEEKDAYS).
For other convenient timings, prices on request. All Fees shown are for upto 3 hrs exam. HST extra. Note: All weeknight/weekend/Rescheduled exams require prepayment with booking.
All exam bookings must be done 3-4 weeks in advance with us first & then with your school/organization. We may be able to accommodate emergency exam bookings at short notice but extra charges will apply.
Reschedule Fees
$30 each time you reschedule which must be done before 48 hrs.
$60 each time you reschedule each time within 48 hrs.
$120 each time you reschedule each time within 24 hrs.
No Show
In case of no show where we are not informed, you will pay the full fee in addition to the reschedule fee as above for the new date.
Cancellation Fee
$30 is the cancellation Fee if the Exam Date was not rescheduled. If exam is cancelled after rescheduling, full exam fee is payable + cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
EXAM CANCELLED (WEEKDAY EXAMS ONLY)
- WITHIN 24 HOURS OF EXAM BOOKING DATE- FULL REFUND
- 10 DAYS BEFORE EXAM DATE-50% REFUND
- WITHIN 10 DAYS OF EXAM DATE-NO REFUND
- No refund for Weekend/Weeknight/Holiday exam bookings in all circumstances
Courier charges
$50.00 extra for Canada (PUROLATOR next day delivery)
$75.00 extra for USA (DHL next day delivery)
Students are advised to schedule the Exam with us first by calling (647)271-3330 or send Email to: admin@proctor4exam.ca and then book their Exam with their University/Organization. Students should also phone us 1-2 days before the test date to reconfirm whether we have received the Exam from your University.
Student Identification
Students are asked to come to the exam prepared to show their student identification card. When such identification is not available, another form of photo identification is usually sufficient as long as your host institution does not have more specific requirements.
